My name is Joanna and I have been interested in art since I was a child. I started drawing with pencils and crayons when I was 9 years old. I was mainly interested in portraits in a realistic style and

    characters from films and books.

At the age of 14, in 2021, my portrait was shortlisted for the Zürich

Young Portrait Prize and my painting was exhibited for 7 months at the National Gallery

of Ireland and for 4 months at the Crawford Gallery in County Cork. In the same year,

I won second place in the RTE This is Art portrait competition.

In the following years I started to learn to paint with acrylics, gouache and watercolours and

experiment with different media. Now I like to paint scenes, birds and figures, and I am also fascinated by paintings with composed abstract elements.

Among my favourite artists are Salvador Dalí, J.M.W. Turner, René Magritte and Zdzisław Beksiński.

In coaching I am “dancing with a client “ in order to always be on the client’s agenda. I believe that this is the client who is naturally resourceful and whole and all I need to do as a Coach is bring this up to light through coaching.
